1. Purpose
The demo/trial instance is provided solely for evaluation, demonstration, testing, and familiarisation with the software. It is not intended for live production operations.
2. Trial Period
The trial is limited to 30 calendar days from activation. Access may expire automatically. The company may modify, extend, suspend, or discontinue the demo at its discretion.
3. Data Migration
Demo data will not automatically be converted, migrated, or transferred to production. Any migration, if offered, is subject to a separate technical assessment and commercial agreement.
4. No Guarantee of Data Retention
Demo data may be deleted, reset, overwritten, or become inaccessible upon expiry, maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure changes, security incidents, or other operational requirements.
5. No Liability
The company is not responsible for loss, corruption, or unavailability of data entered into the demo environment. Do not enter critical, confidential, or irreplaceable information.
6. No Business Loss Claims
The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect business loss, revenue loss, or operational interruption arising from the use, unavailability, or loss of data in the demo environment.
7. Availability
The demo environment is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
8. Security
Reasonable security measures are implemented. However, users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and notifying the company of any suspected unauthorised access.
9. Prohibited Use
The demo must not be used for illegal activities, fraudulent transactions, security testing without authorisation, uploading malicious software, or any activity that may adversely affect the system.
10. Production Subscription
Purchase or subscription of eLUX Stay does not automatically convert the demo environment to production. A separate production account, database, configuration, and onboarding process may be required.
